當前，面對生產成本及人工成本不斷提升的現狀，企業效益沒有提升的情況下，三聯機械采用先進的伺服技術，在干法制磚工藝上的應用，改變了國內制磚行業傳統的變頻控制，并獲得了福建省首臺（套）重大技術裝備認定，伺服技術成熟，應用廣泛，可對礦山固廢、煤矸石、鐵尾礦、氣化渣、赤泥、粉煤灰等進行過綜合利用，目前中大型生產線單班日消耗固廢資源的量可達500T以上。

At present, in the face of the continuous increase in production costs and labor costs, and the lack of improvement in enterprise efficiency, S.L Machinery adopts advanced servo technology and its application in dry brick making process has changed the traditional frequency conversion control in the domestic brick making industry. It has been recognized as the first major technical equipment in Fujian Province. The servo technology is mature and widely used, and can be applied to mine solid waste, coal gangue, iron tailings, gasification slag, red mud Fly ash and other materials have been comprehensively utilized, and currently, the daily consumption of solid waste resources by a single shift in large and medium-sized production lines can reach over 500T.
