踐行國家科技發展戰略，聚焦核心領域科技研發，綠色智慧融合發展，依托系列重大工程實踐，鐵四院牽頭 “十三五”三個地下空間國家重點研計劃項目，研發了軌道交通全產業鏈成套技術與裝備：地理地質信息集成 技術，城軌 TOD 綜合開發技術，地下大空間全過程技術，裝配式智能建造技術，智慧工地建造技術，能源智 能管控平臺，票檢安檢一體化設備，綜合監測技術與裝備。

Practicing the national scientific and technological development strategy, focusing on scientific and technological research and development in core areas, green and intelligent integration development, relying on a series of major engineering practices, the Fourth Railway Research Institute led the "13th Five Year Plan" three national key research projects in underground space, and developed complete sets of technologies and equipment for the whole industrial chain of rail transit: geo geological information integration technology, urban rail TOD comprehensive development technology, the whole process technology of underground large space, and prefabricated intelligent construction technology, Smart construction site construction technology, energy intelligent control platform, integrated ticket inspection and security inspection equipment, comprehensive monitoring technology and equipment.
